Sites and web applications built to be fast, to keep working, and to be handed over in a state someone else could pick up.
Most of what we build is a marketing site, a customer-facing application, or a rewrite of something that has stopped being maintainable. We work from whatever you already have: a design, a spreadsheet, a competitor you like, or nothing at all.
What the work covers
- Custom sites and web applications, built from scratch or rebuilt from an existing codebase
- Rewrites of ageing sites, usually WordPress or a bespoke PHP app nobody wants to touch any more
- Content editing, either through a headless CMS or through files your team can edit in Git
- Search and loading performance, done as part of the build instead of sold separately
- Analytics that do not require a cookie banner
What we build it with
- Astro or Nuxt for sites, Vue for applications
- TypeScript throughout
- Postgres, usually Neon or Supabase
- Cloudflare Pages and Workers, or AWS where the workload suits it
How an engagement runs

A call
Half an hour, no charge, to work out what you actually need. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need us.

A written quote
Scope, price and a date, in writing, before anything starts. If the scope changes later we say so and re-quote rather than quietly billing more.
- 03
Build, in the open
You get a preview URL from the first week and it updates as we go. No reveal at the end.
- 04
Handover
Source, credentials and documentation are yours. We can keep running it, but you are never stuck with us.
What we don't do
- Native mobile apps
- Ongoing content writing or SEO retainers
- Rescuing a project mid-flight from another agency, unless we can rewrite rather than patch
